Witness Lexington
A 3D history game set at Lexington, April 1775.
Build & tests checkedOverview
A static three.js game about the night ride and dawn muster at Lexington in April 1775. It runs in the browser with no runtime dependencies, account, or API.

The problem
History lessons often hand over a conclusion. This game asks the player to piece together what happened at Lexington Green from conflicting evidence.
My contribution
I built a browser game with a night-ride opening, a dawn muster, an evidence notebook with source labels, and a short evidence-based essay. It has no combat or timer.
How it's built
Static HTML, CSS, and JavaScript with a checked-in three.js bundle for low-poly WebGL scenes. Web Audio synthesizes the soundtrack, and localStorage keeps checkpoints and drafts. Node built-ins produce self-contained HTML builds.
What's verified
Build passes, 352 test checks pass, and 24 local pages load.
Re-checked on main at 63143ad on October 29, 2026: the build succeeded and npm test passed all 352 non-browser checks. An earlier check found all 24 local paths returned HTTP 200. A full browser playthrough was not verified.
What remains unverified
The 352 checks run without a browser, using renderer and audio stand-ins. WebGL rendering, real input, and audio quality across browsers still need a full playthrough check. No hosted demo is linked.
